How to book 

First, check the Availability Calendar to see if the date and times you are interested in are available.

Consult the new Rate Schedule as it is in effect starting April 1st, 2019. 

If you are planning to have alcohol at your event, please be aware that your event must comply with the County of Brant Alcohol Policy and that Party Alcohol Liability Insurance must be purchased, and the Optimist Alcohol Policy must be signed. 

Part of the Alcohol Policy is to have a Special Occasions Permit from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.  Please file a Special Occasions Permit with the Hall Coordinator upon finalization of your Rental Agreement. 

If the date you wish to book the Community Centre is available, please fill out the form below (all fields are required). 

Note that the community centre is booked through a volunteer coordinator.  A response will not be immediate, but they will get back to you as soon as they are able. 

You will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.  The Terms and Conditions are now included in the Rental Agreement Form. Please fill out the RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM to request your booking of the Community Centre. Follow the instructions to submit the completed form to the Mount Pleasant Optimists.
